The Czech Republic will offer room for the construction of ca 1,000 biogas stations with the total output of 7.7 MWh until 2020. According to the executive director of the firm BioGaz, the development depends on the amount and structure of government subsidies for renewable energy resources. There are roughly 150 biogas stations operating in the Czech Republic now. The Czech Ministry of Industry and Trade plans to build further 300 stations in the future. According to the plans, these stations´ output should total 2.7 mln MWh.

40 % Czech companies increased exports in past six months
