The value of the furniture imported into the Czech Republic in the January-July 2011 period totalled CZK 5.88 bln, down from CZK 6.46 bln in the same period last year. Furniture exports in the same period of 2011 totalled CZK 8.27 bln, down CZK 220 mln y/y. The largest portion of the imports comes from Poland,followed by China and Germany. Germany is the he top destination for exports from the Czech Republic. Belgium ranks also to the important export destinations for the Czech furniture.
