The inflow of foreign direct investments  (FDI) into the Czech Republic dropped by 4% y/y to CZK 63.4 bln in the first half of the year 2011. Similarly to previous periods, the largest portion of the investments had the form of reinvested profits – CZK 51.2 bln. A total of CZK 8 bln was invested into basic capital and CZK 4 bln into other capital.
